Placement Criteria

We offer sober housing to adult men in Taunton, Massachusetts. Here are some of our core criteria for applicants seeking placement at Barracks 22:

No criminal history of sex offenses
No criminal history of child abuse or harm
No active warrants
30 to 60 days of sobriety (from ALL substances) and previous graduation from a long-term treatment program, halfway house, CSS, TSS, IOP, correctional programming, or similar
Desire to remain sober long-term
Willingness and availability to participate in weekly house meetings, tox screening, and other house activities
Ability to show proof of current employment, benefits, or grant funding to ensure payment of housing costs

Intake Fee and Weekly Costs

Intake Fee: $150 (non-refundable)

Share a double room: $170 per week

Single room: $190 per week

Move-in cost: 1st and last week + intake fee
